By working together as a team, we can:

•achieve something we cannot do alone;

•complete something more quickly;

•negotiate and compromise with others;

•support those who are finding it difficult.

 

What an important value to learn!  

 

In school, the children will be given opportunities to practice this value and really see the benefits of cooporating with others.  After all, Teamwork makes the Dreamwork!
