Year 6 spent Thursday learning about different aspects of Romania, including learning lots of Romanian!
We greeted each other and ordered our lunches in Romanian, followed by learning about the country. Later on, we painted some plates in a traditional Romanian style. Then we were lucky enough to have 2 different Romanian visitors: Mrs Onigas shared some DELICIOUS Romania treats with us and told us all about traditional Romanian attire; Mrs Zlatkovic told us all about Romania, including its history, famous Romanian's and the origin of the language.
