Last week, we have two doctors visit us via zoom to talk about the human skeleton. Dr McManus is a GP and has worked for four years in A&E Dr bass who is specialising in surgery and is an expert in the human skeleton.
The children wrote their own research questions, and then asked the two doctors these on zoom. The questions included. How do you know you've broken a bone if your bones don't have feelings, does the human skeleton grow and why are some children more flexible than others?
It was a great opportunity for the children to work, scientifically and use the doctors as a source of research for their own learning and investigations.
