How would you get a message all the way across the Colosseum in Roman Times?
In science this week, we asked how the Roman's could have communicated across the Colosseum without the use of mobile phones and walkie talkies. We came up with some pretty inventive ideas, such as tying notes to messenger dogs or throwing paper aeroplanes! Finally, we settled on testing out using cups and string. 3T explained that the sound vibrations were able to travel from one cup to another along the string. We then had lots of fun testing this theory on the playground.
