Throughout the term so far we have been learning all about WWII propaganda posters. We have looked at a wide range of posters including ones about evacuation, Dig for Victory and joining the Army. The children then practised writing their own slogans and tried out lots of different font styles to make their own versions eye-catching and exciting.

This week, Year 3 experimented with water colours. We cut out small sections of the propaganda posters and then used our water colours to recreate and mix a matching colour that we could use in our own posters. Take a look below at some examples.
