As part of our PSHE learning, we have been looking at how to keep healthy.
Over the last couple of weeks, we have looked at the importance of keeping a healthy body and healthy mind. We looked at some new tools for our zones of regulation - one we really enjoyed was petal breathing, which really helped us to relax! We also looked at ways to keep our body healthy and created a balanced party meal for Harold the Giraffe. Then we explored the importance of hygiene and created some posters on different ways to make sure we keep clean. Have a look at all our learning below:
