Year 3 and 4 took part in an archaeology afternoon. The children experienced working along side children from different classrooms within year 3 and 4. As they entered the year 3 and 4 classrooms, they took part in different activities. They took part in piecing together broken pottery, they drew the remains of a pottery pot, dug in sand to find artefacts and had a look in classroom bins from around the school to piece together what they had been learning that day. The children had a great time.
