5C use measures, addition, geometry and team work to create paper Greek Temples

One of the most famous sites in Athens are the temples on the Acropolis.  Today, 5C recreated these using card...and a lot of teamwork!

After being set the challenge, the groups had to use all their different learning in areas of maths, DT and history to design their replica temples.  Each group had a plan and card- that was it!

I think you would agree that the children did really well to measure, draw and complete some quite complex nets to make the temples.

What next on our Greek adventure?
